RCS is a specialist surveying and civil infrastructure consultancy with over 10 years of operations, delivering construction surveying, 3D laser scanning, and UAV/drone services across major road, rail, and civil projects in NSW, ACT, and QLD.

We're looking for a NSW Registered Surveyor based out of our Gregory Hills office to strengthen our professional capability across construction and cadastral work.

The Role
n
n
Professional sign-off on survey deliverables including set-out, conformance, and WAE plans
n
Cadastral and boundary surveys — identification surveys, boundary determinations, and plan preparation in accordance with Surveyor General's Directions
n
Prepare and lodge deposited plans, strata plans, and community plans
n
Mix of field delivery and office-based QA and technical oversight
n
Mentor survey staff working toward registration
n
Technical input into tenders and fee proposals
n




Registered Surveyor — NSW (BOSSI)
n
Construction/engineering
and cadastral survey experience
n
Working knowledge of Surveyor General's Directions and NSW surveying legislation
n
Experience preparing and lodging plans with NSW LRS
n
Ability to procure work and clients
n
Trimble and/or Leica GNSS and total stations
n
Current driver's license and White Card
n
Experience mentoring candidate surveyors through the BOSSI registration pathway
n
