About the role:

We're looking for an AI Forward Deployed Lead to help enterprise organisations unlock real business value through Agentic AI.
n
This isn't a traditional Business Analyst or Product Manager role. You'll be embedded with clients, working directly with business stakeholders to uncover high-impact AI opportunities, rapidly prototype solutions, and drive outcomes from idea to implementation.
n

What you'll be doing
n
n
Partner with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and opportunities
n
Lead discovery workshops and prioritise high-value initiatives
n
Design and prototype Agentic AI solutions using LLMs and orchestration frameworks
n
Develop rapid proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and demonstrate working solutions early to gather stakeholder feedback.
n
Help organisations integrate AI agents into enterprise systems and business processes
n
Act as a trusted advisor, driving AI adoption and measurable business outcomes
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, AI agents or multi-step LLM workflows
n
Experience with prompt engineering and context engineering
n
Exposure to orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen or similar
n
Strong product discovery and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Understanding of APIs,



integrations and enterprise systems
n
Ability to work independently in a client-facing consulting environment
n
n
Nice to have
n
n
Experience with Azure AI, OpenAI, AWS or Google Cloud AI services
n
AI certifications (hands-on experience is valued more than certifications)
n
