Moncler Chadstone - The Opportunity:

As a full-time Client Advisor, you'll be at the heart and soul of the Moncler experience. Working alongside a passionate team, you will play a key role in achieving individual sales results and supporting store targets.
n
We're looking for luxury retail specialists who are curious, client-focused and collaborative - people who take pride in building lasting relationships and creating memorable experiences for every client who walks through our doors.

What You'll Be Doing:
n
n
Create memorable client experiences by building genuine, lasting relationships and guiding customers through every step of their Moncler journey - from first contact to after-sales care and clientelling
n
Drive solid sales results through exceptional service and product knowledge
n
Bring Moncler's visual standards to life on the shop floor
n
Work closely with the stockroom to keep the store running seamlessly, from stock movement to replenishment
n
Be an active,



positive team player who brings enthusiasm, energy and pride to every shift
n
n
Who you are:
n
n
An experienced luxury retail professional, with at least 2 years' experience in a premium or luxury fashion environment (highly regarded)
n
Comfortable working within a structured retail brand, with set targets and KPIs
n
Genuinely passionate about the Moncler brand and what it represents
n
Naturally client-focused, combining exceptional service with a strong commercial mindset
n
A collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Multilingual skills are highly regarded and considered a plus
n
