About the Role
n
You will provide person‐centred support to NDIS participants across a variety of settings. Duties include:
n

Daily living and household routines
n
Community access and social participation
n
Skill development and capacity building
n
Supporting participants to achieve their personal goals
n
n
This role offers ***** hours per week, flexible daytime shifts, and some weekend work. Immediate start available.
n
What You'll Need
n
To be successful, you will have:
n
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
Blue Card (Working with Children)
n
Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (preferred or willing to complete)
n




Understanding of psychosocial disabilities and trauma‐informed support approaches
n
Minimum 6 months experience in disability support, aged care, or similar
n
Strong commitment to participant wellbeing, safety, and teamwork
n
Current Australian driver's licence + reliable vehicle
n
Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
n
