About PuckapunyalHealth Centre
n
Puckapunyal Military Area is located approximately 13km west of Seymour. This was first used as a mobilisation and training area during WWI and by ****, and was formally established in the early ****'s. It is home to the Headquarters of the Combined Arms Training Centre, Army Knowledge Centre and Schools of Artillery & Transport. The health centre services up to **** Defence members and provides primary medical, aviation medical, nursing, physiotherapy, dental, pharmaceutical and mental health. There is a 12 bed low dependency ward which operates 24/7.



The standard operating hours are 07:*******:30 Monday – Friday (depending on role requirements and specific craft groups required for weekend and on-call shifts).This is a part time position every Monday and Friday.

What you'lldo
n
n
Provide a range of evidence-based physiotherapy assessments, treatments and rehabilitative services
n
Work with a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries with a focus on functional rehabilitation and returning members to their work and exercise goals.
n
Coordinate patient administration, records, and clinic operations
n
Support multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient service delivery
n
Ensure compliance with Defence policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards
n

What you bring
n
n
At least 2 years' part-time or full-time equivalent post-graduate musculoskeletal experience within the last 5 years
n
A current, unconditional registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA
n
Recent engagement in Continuing Professional Development activities aligned with AHPRA guidelines
n
A current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (HLTAID009)
n
Membership with the Australian Physiotherapy Association (preferred)
n
Australian Citizenship required for Baseline Security Clearance
n
