Operations Manager - Relocation 12 months

We are looking for an experienced Operator from Sydney City to consider a temporary relocation for a 12 month contract in Central Queensland.

What you'll do
n
Lead catering and hospitality operations for fast food outlets and cafes in Central Queensland
n
Build robust relationships with clients and operational stakeholders to deliver outstanding service outcomes
n
Drive operational performance, service excellence, and client satisfaction across all sites
n
Drive financial performance through effective labour management, cost control and resource planning
n
Coach, mentor, and develop site leaders and frontline teams to achieve operational success
n
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality and safety, health & environment
n




Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across service delivery, customer experience and operational performance
n
About you
n
Experience leading food service, hospitality, catering or operational teams within fast food environments
n
Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and support high-performing teams
n
Commercial acumen including budgeting, labour management and cost control
n
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
n
Qualifications in Commercial Cookery, Hospitality, Business or a related discipline will be highly regarded
