The Role
n
We're seeking a Project Manager with experience in Land Development and Infrastructure to join our Richmond office. This role involves managing a diverse range of projects, including
industrial/commercial
developments, master-planned residential communities, and major sports facility redevelopments.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Lead and coordinate all project stages, including Client PCG meetings and design coordination sessions
n
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met
n
Prepare and review tenders, contracts, cost estimates, and feasibility reports
n
Engage and manage subconsultants from briefing through project completion
n




Oversee monthly reporting, budgeting, and invoicing
n
n
About You
n
n
Proven experience in Project Management within Land Development or a related field
n
Robust proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project)
n
Ability to interpret construction plans and understanding of civil design
n
Experience managing diverse projects and multitasking effectively
n
Strong client and authority relationship management skills
n
