The Role
n
To provide electrical installations, repairs and maintenance services to residential premises.
n
We currently have an opportunity for a self-motivated, reliable Electrician under limited direction, will be required to deliver preventative and
responsivemaintenance
services to residential sites across Macarthur and surrounding areas.
n
This position will deliver a range of services including;
n
n
Preventative andresponsive maintenance to electrical systems and equipment including but not limited to;
n
General lighting and power services
n
Electrical installations and maintenance
n
Contribute to condition assessments and reports
n
Actively manage and meet response times, deadlines and safety obligations
n
Provide technical advicein support of Alternative Proposals / Equipment Replacement programs
n
Provide ideas and support innovation
n
n
Skills and Experience
n
n
Current qualification in CPR and LV Rescue
n
Current General Construction Induction (White) Card
n
Current Working at Heights qualification preferred
n
Current first aid certificate preferred
n




Experience in photovoltaic systems (Grid-connect) (highly desirable)
n
Level 2
overhead/underground
and/or metering experience (highly desirable)
n
Open cabling
Licence/Telecommunications
Cert II (or equivalent) (preferred)
n
Valid manual driver's Licence with no restrictions
n
Experience in responding to and satisfying customer requests
n
n
The successful candidates will have a sound knowledge of relevant AS **** standards, Possess a strong work ethic, achieve highest level of safety, quality of work and have a genuine passion for excellent customer service. Also able to work solely or in a team environment.
