Position Description
n
Reporting to the Credit Manager and working in a close-knit finance team, the role will include but not be limited to:
n
n
Overseeing a debtor's ledger of national accounts
n
Daily reconciliation of the accounts
n
Daily banking
n
Timely allocations and receipting of payments
n
Process invoices
n
Reminder and follow up of overdue accounts as required
n
Setting up new customers and accounts
n
n
Ideal Candidate
n
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Receivable / Credit Officer role, as well as the following attributes:
n
n
3-5 years' experience within a similar role
n
High level time management skills & the ability to meet deadlines
n
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
n
High level numeracy and reconciliation skills
n
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
n




Ability to thrive in a high volume and fast paced environment
n
