MC Container Drivers - Port of Brisbane | Day & Afternoon Shifts

The Opportunity: We are currently seeking experienced MC Drivers to join a busy and well-established logistics operation based at the Port of Brisbane. This role offers consistent container and local freight work across Southeast Queensland, with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and efficiency.
n
We have both day shift and afternoon shift opportunities available, along with early morning part-time positions for drivers looking to work shorter shifts.
n
This is a great opportunity for drivers who want steady work, strong pay, and a professional team environment within one of Australia's busiest port locations. Drivers holding an MSIC card will have access to additional wharf-related work and extended earning opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing:
n
n
Transport containers and general freight across SEQ
n
Operate prime movers across port, depot, and customer sites
n
Safely couple and uncouple trailers across different setups
n
Secure loads using straps, angles, and correct restraint techniques
n
Perform reversing and docking into tight spaces and customer locations
n
Support wharf and yard operations where required
n
Maintain high safety, compliance,



and punctuality standards
n

What You'll Need:
n
n
Current MC Licence with relevant driving experience
n
Experience working with containers or general freight preferred
n
Strong understanding of load restraint and compliance requirements
n
Confidence maneuvering trucks in tight yards and customer sites
n
MSIC Card highly regarded
n
Reliable, professional, and safety-focused attitude
n
Willingness to learn additional equipment and trailer combinations where required
n

Shift & Pay:
n
n
Shift & Pay Day Shift: From 5:00am | $40/hr + Overtime
n
Afternoon Shift: From 3:00pm – 4:00pm start | Up to $46/hr + Overtime
n
Full-Time Hours: *****+ hours per week
n
Part-Time Option: Early AM shifts available from 5:00am start
n
