The Opportunity

Recruitment and onboarding administration
n
Preparing employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation
n
Maintaining employee records and HR systems
n
Supporting performance management and employee relations processes
n
Assisting with HR projects, policies, and compliance initiatives
n
Responding to employee enquiries and providing first-line HR support
n
Monitoring and managing a shared HR inbox
n




Supporting learning and development activities
n

About You
n
n
Previous experience in HR administration, HR coordination, or a similar role
n
Strong administration and organisational skills
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesHigh attention to detail and ability to maintain
confidentialityUnderstanding
of Fair Work, Modern Awards, and employment legislation
n
HR qualification or currently studying HR, Business, or a related discipline
n
