About the role

ARRCS are currently sourcing qualified and
experiencedRegistered
Nurses (RN) to support our elderly residents within our Old Timers Aged Care Faclity, located in Alice Springs, Northern Territory.
n
This role is being offered on a permanent, full-time basis and are residential roles, requiring you to relocate to Alice Springs, Northern Territory with relocation support of up to $**** included in your remuneration package.
n
This role will see you providing clinical care to our residents whilst also providing team leadership, supervision and support for less experienced workers to achieve people focused quality care in-line with our ARRCS mission and values. Remuneration and benefits of working with ARRCS:

ARRCS are offering an exclusive package for skilled Registered Nurses to join our team in Alice Springs, below is what our package includes:
n
n
Penalty driven hourly rate of an Aged Care Registered Nurse Level 2 - (AM rate) $***** / hour - $***** / hour ($101,290 - $106,400 PA) gross base.
n
Exclusive $50,000 PA bonus structure for your first year (12 months) of continuous employment. (conditions apply).
n
$25,000 gross (pro-rata for PT) less tax upon successful completion of probation.
n
$25,000 gross (pro-rata for PT) less tax payable after completion of a further 6 consecutive months service with bonus payments ceasing upon the completion of one (1) year of continuous service.
n

Skills and experience
n
To be considered for this role, we are asking all applicants to provide evidence of the following skills and experience:
n
n
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
n
Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
n
Working Rights for Australia – This package is not offered on a sponsorship basis.
n
A minimum of 12 months experience working as a Registered Nurse to qualify for the bonus (in addition to graduate placements) within an Australian health service – With preference within a geriatric or aged care setting however, not essential.
n
Knowledge of contemporary nursing practices.
n
Experience working in a multidisciplinary and multi-cultural care team.
n
Preferably prior experience working with Indigenous Australian's and or working in remote areas of Australia.

Demonstrates effective and clear written and verbal communication skills, including intermediate computer skills.
n
Ability to meet and obtain mandatory compliance requirements.
n
Demonstrates and has references that indicate you are a proactive and supportive colleague, you have strong work ethic and, understands that the ultimate requirement is to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered to our elderly residents.
