The Opportunity
n
As Teuila grows, we're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations and lead our middle management team.
n
This is not a role for someone who needs constant direction. We're looking for a genuine operator — someone who already knows how to run a service delivery business and can bring that experience straight into Teuila.

What You'll Do
n
n
Lead and support our Middle Managers, making sure every department is hitting its targets.
n
Drive the rollout and day-to-day compliance of our Standard Operating Procedures across the business.
n
Carry out onsite spot checks across our Supported Independent Living homes, checking on participant wellbeing, staff culture, and compliance checklists.
n
Own the operational budget, tracking spending and keeping costs under control.
n
Make sure NDIS practice standards, policies and procedures are met across every part of the operations.

Oversee weekly rostering,



balancing participant support needs against overtime and labour cost.

How Success Is Measured
n
n
A monthly internal audit report delivered to the General Manager at the end of each month, with all action items closed by month end.
n
Incident reports closed within the set timeframes.
n
Leadership standups with department heads, and weekly check-ins with the Roster Clerk on scheduling and budgets.
n
Regular participant and staff check-ins and surveys.
n
Regular onsite presence across our Supported Independent Living homes.
n

What You Bring
n
n
5+ years' NDIS operations or senior leadership experience (aged care or disability sector experience also considered).
n
Tertiary qualification in business, health or community services highly regarded.
n
Proven operational management experience with strong, hands‐on leadership.
n
Proven financial and budgeting skills and experience.
n
Excellent time management — you can juggle competing deadlines and stay calm under pressure.
n
Confident written and verbal communication, including reporting to senior leadership.
n
