Inspired Printing is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator/ Project Manager with deep expertise in large-format, digital print and signage - and a proven network of clients who trust your knowledge and delivery.

This is a role for someone who understands not only how to quote and manage projects, but how to secure, grow and retain serious accounts.

The Chance
n
Reporting directly to the Director, you will sit at the centre of commercial and operational performance.
n
You will:
n

Work with our amazing, experienced Estimating Team
n
Oversee complex, high-value print and signage projects
n
Control pricing strategy and margin performance
n
Align quoting with production capability and delivery deadlines
n
Liaise with installers, suppliers and contractors
n
Strengthen existing client relationships
n
Leverage your professional network to generate new business opportunities
n
Identify growth areas within retail, corporate and agency sectors
n
n
Using your experience and relationships will directly influence revenue growth.
n
Who This Role Is Designed For
n
You likely come from a high-output digital printing, large-format printing or signage production environment and are ready for greater influence and autonomy.
n
You bring:
n
n
Minimum 5+ years' experience in large format & digital print estimation
n
Specialising in and a deep understanding of Retail printing
n
A strong network of agencies, retail groups, builders, developers or corporate procurement contacts
n
Proven ability to win and manage high-value print projects
n
Deep understanding of substrates, finishing, installation logistics and production workflow
n




Commercial awareness around cost control and margin optimisation
n
Experience with MIS systems (Print IQ highly regarded)
n
Strong negotiation and client relationship skills
n
Confidence in leading teams and making strategic decisions
n
n
You understand both production capability and commercial opportunity.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Provide Quick turnaround and high volume of Quotes
n
Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates
n
Deliver 1-4 hour turnaround on standard quotes
n
Complete complex signage projects within 24 hours
n
Oversee estimating workflow and review team output
n
Follow up on artwork, approvals and outstanding quotes
n
Liaise with suppliers and installers to secure the best pricing
n
Align production deadlines with customer expectations
n
Monitor stock levels and communicate with production
n
Proactively follow up on quotes and convert opportunities
n
Provide regular commercial performance reporting to the Director
n
n
