About The Opportunity
n
Programmed is seeking a detail-oriented Quality and Compliance Coordinator to join our team supporting the Homes NSW contract in a Full-Time position located in Orange.
n
Through the Homes NSW contract, we play a vital role in ensuring that homes are built and maintained to the highest standards, making a positive impact on individuals and families across the community. This role focuses on inspecting completed works, ensuring subcontractors meet technical specifications, scope, and quality requirements while verifying invoice accuracy.
n
In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining contract compliance, managing risk, and delivering thorough reporting that supports continuous improvement across the Homes NSW Housing portfolio.
n
We're looking for someone from a trade background who understands the industry, OR an admin professional with a keen interest in quality, compliance, and supporting continuous improvement in office.
n
Your key responsibilities include:
n

Inspect completed projects to ensure compliance with Homes NSW technical and quality standards
n
Reconcile completed works with invoice charges for accuracyConduct site inspections and maintain records to assess compliance
n
Advise supervisors and project managers on compliance and risk issues
n
Maintain risk registers and update customer and site information
n
Prepare timely reports and analysis for stakeholders
n
Communicate effectively with subcontractors, supervisors, and customers
n
Ensure adherence to legislative codes, standards, and internal systems
n
Develop formal reports when required to document significant findings
n
n
About You
n
n
Trade qualification or knowledge of building trades (desirable)
n
Experience in technical auditing of building works
n
Strong time management and organizational skills
n
Confidence in liaising with field staff and leadership
n
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with field staff, supervisors, and customers
n
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
n
Valid driver's license
n
