About the Role
n
As a Housekeeper / Room Attendant, you'll play an important role in ensuring guest rooms and shared areas are presented to a high standard.
n
You'll help create a welcoming and comfortable environment for every guest by delivering quality housekeeping services, maintaining outstanding cleanliness, and ensuring rooms are ready for guests within required timeframes.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and accommodation areas to company standards
n
Change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish room amenities
n
Ensure rooms are clean, presentable, and guest-ready within required timeframes
n
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public and shared areas
n
Report maintenance issues, damages, and safety hazards promptly
n
Safely use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
n




Support daily housekeeping schedules and room turnover processes
n
Maintain consistent housekeeping and cleanliness standards throughout the property
n
Handle lost property in accordance with venue procedures
n
Deliver friendly and professional service when interacting with guests
n
Support the wider accommodation team as required
n

About You
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
n
Has previous housekeeping, accommodation, hotel, or commercial cleaning experience (highly regarded but not essential)
n
Takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
n
Has strong attention to detail
n
Is reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
n
Has a positive attitude and team-focused approach
n
Has strong time management and organisational skills
n
Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
n
Has good communication and interpersonal skills
n
Has flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
n
Is physically capable of performing cleaning duties and manual handling
n
