Construction Supervisor – Landfill Services

As Run Energy continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and performing a variety of construction tasks for landfill gas and leachate collection system installation throughout Australia. Location: Preferably based in Western Sydney area with travel to other states as required.

Responsibilities
n
n
As Construction Supervisor, you will provide leadership to the construction teams, ensuring they perform works safely and of the highest quality.
n
Supervise teams of 2 – 5 technicians (general team size)
n
Supervise and coordinate landfill gas civil construction activities
n
Lead site teams, ensuring safety and productivity
n
Oversee installation of polyethylene-based landfill gas and leachate collection systems
n

pump installations
n
and basic civil infrastructure
n
Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and legislation
n
Liaise with customers,



project managers and other internal support resources
n
Site reporting, scheduling, and resource allocation
n
Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks
n
Assist with the setup and clean-up of construction sites
n
Maintain vehicles, tools and equipment
n
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
n
Participate in safety meetings, toolbox meetings, or other meetings as required
n
Complete any other duties as reasonably requested
n
Work flexible hours and in sometimes unpleasant conditions.

Requirements

Construction Induction Card
n
Valid Driver's licence
n
Excavator and dump truck licence/experience
n
n
Skills and Qualifications
n
n
Prior experience in construction industry
n
Ability to work in physically demanding conditions
n
Knowledge of construction tools and equipment
n
Comfortable supervising in a team environment
n
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
n
Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Strong data management system and computer skills
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
n
