Communicate Client needs with the Sourcing team to ensure we recruit the right people for their operations
Smash your KPI's out of the park, we'll keep them attainable, we want you to succeed
Spend your days out on the road - Go visit clients and our Field Employees and ensure they are happy and enjoying the assignment and our services.
Conduct risk assessments for new clients before Field Employees commence assignment
Oversee the Incident Management process and liaise with Clients, internal stakeholders, and Field Employees to ensure all incidents are reported, recorded, and investigated correctly
Demonstrate and drive a genuine commitment to safety through our 'Teaming up for Zero' safety culture
Help out with the less fun stuff - Data entry, compliance etc - I got bored typing it
