Must have a Certificate III in Landscape Construction
n
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Foreman
n
Projects located in the North and West of Melbourne

Woods & Co has partnered up with one of Melbourne's top commercial landscape companies who works heavily in the North & West suburbs of Melbourne, the client is well-established in the commercial landscape sector and has a solid pipeline of work to finish off the rest of ****. The client is now seeking a Foreman to join the team.

What do you do?
n
As a Foreman you will play a key role in overseeing commercial projects from start to finish. Reporting to the Project Manager & Construction Manager, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, to the highest standards,



and in line with client expectations.
n

Supervise and coordinate on-site teams and subcontractors
n
Manage project timelines, budgets, and materials
n
Ensure compliance with OH&S; regulations and best practices
n
Oversee and actively assist onsite with all aspects of landscape construction, including paving, brickwork, retaining walls, irrigation, lighting, soft works, and drainage
n
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members
n
n
What do you need?
n
n
Certificate III in Landscape Construction (or equivalent qualification)
n
Minimum of 3 years of Foreman experience working across commercial landscape projects
n
Proven ability to manage staff and subcontractors effectively
n
Strong technical knowledge across all landscaping disciplines
n
A proactive approach with excellent communication and organisational skills
n
Familiarity with OH&S; requirements in the construction industry.
n
