The Prospect

Working within a high-performing team, you'll play an integral role in creating an exceptional customer experience while driving personal sales results. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is passionate about fashion, thrives in a premium retail environment, and enjoys working towards individual commission.

Roster: 5-day rotating roster (weekend availability required with weekday RDOs)

What You'll Be Responsible For

Delivering an exceptional customer experience through personalised styling and service
n
Building strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and client loyalty
n
Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs
n




Maintaining premium visual merchandising and presentation standards
n
Assisting with stock replenishment and inventory management
n
Supporting daily store operations and maintaining a well-presented sales floor
n
Contributing to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture
n

What They're Looking For
n

Previous retail sales experience, ideally within premium or fashion retail
n
A genuine passion for menswear, styling, and customer service
n
Robust communication and relationship-building skills
n
A confident, results-driven approach with a focus on achieving sales targets
n
Well-presented with a professional attitude
n
Flexible to work weekends as part of a rotating roster
n

$63,000 - $65,000 + super
