The Role

Support boutique management with store operations as required
n




Strive to achieve KPI's and store sales targets
n
Make sure the highest level of customer service is always upheld
n
Daily security stock counts
n
Daily merchandising; set up, stock rotation, new display concepts
n
Boutique maintenance and upkeep
n
Attend regular training and stay updated on product lines
n
Assist in developing the client database
n
Versatile availability, including some late night trade and weekends
n

Demonstrated retail experience (premium industry beneficial)

Highly developed and proven customer service skills
