If you are passionate about cooking, and pride yourself on producing delicious food (oh, and if you LOVE coffee), this job is for you.

Set in our Roastery at Geebung, our Kitchen bakes fresh focaccia for sandwiches, brioche for scrolls, cakes, biscuits and the famous Fox Coffee sausage rolls.
n
Working alongside our Chef and our current Kitchen Assistant, you'll be part of the team, prepping for our crazy-busy Espresso Bar.
n
It's fun and fast-paced (mostly fueled by espresso) baking and topping up supplies throughout the day.
n
Duties include:
n
Prep, cook and finish cabinet menu (once prepared, our Espresso Bar staff toast, pack or sell fresh).
n
Clean, organise and maintain Kitchen
n
Maintain Food Safety standards – this is non-negotiable
n
Responsibilities:
n
Maintain kitchen efficiency, cleanliness, and Food Safety compliance
n
Contribute towards planning, events and new recipes (yes, we want your creativity and input)
n




Quality Control – this is at the crux of everything we do
n
Skills we're looking for:
n
Experience as Tuck-shop Coordinator, Caterer, Cook or Bakery Assistant
n
Someone who knows a Kitchen back-to-front and is happy to get in and cook without the usual Kitchen hierarchy – that's not our style.
n
Ability to scale trays of baked sweets and savouries (we don't cook to order)
n
Calm and organised under pressure
n
Keen to contribute to (and be a part of) great work culture. Safety and inclusion are our priorities
