Role: Senior ServiceNow Developer - Multiple role

Skills: ServiceNow ITOM, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, CMDB, CSDM, Patterns & Probes, Incident/Change Management, ServiceNow Integration

Experience: 8–10 years ServiceNow (10+ years total IT)
n
Requisites:
n
n
Robust hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM or ITSM, particularly Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
n
Design and implement Service Mapping solutions for business-critical services and integrate with CMDB.
n
Develop and customize patterns, probes, and sensors to improve service visibility and dependency mapping.
n
Troubleshoot mapping issues and optimize discovery processes for accuracy and performance.
n
Ensure Service Mapping supports Event, Incident, Change, and Problem Management workflows.
n
Handle escalations, participate in stakeholder meetings, and drive solution-focused decisions.
n
Strong communication and collaboration skills with client stakeholders.
