About the Role:
n
Working closely with our Landscape Maintenance Supervisor, you will help coordinate day‐to‐day maintenance operations while supporting and developing the team on the ground. Your responsibilities will include:
n

Supporting the Supervisor with the coordination of commercial landscape maintenance projects
n
Providing day‐to‐day guidance, support and training to team members
n
Assisting with site inspections and ensuring work is completed to a high standard
n
Coordinating materials,



equipment and resources required for projects
n
Maintaining accurate site documentation and reporting
n
Building strong relationships with clients, team members and other stakeholders
n
Identifying issues on‐site and using practical problem‐solving skills to find solutions
n
n
What you'll bring:
n
n
Previous experience in commercial landscape maintenance
n
Certificate II or III in Landscaping or Horticulture (advantageous but not essential)
n
Strong organisation and time management skills
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Good computer and literacy skills
n
Practical decision making and problem‐solving skills
n
Must have a current Manual Driver's Licence and White Card
n
