We2re recruiting for a well-established independent Lebanese restaurant in West London, looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the team and oversee the day-to-day operation. Set across three floors, the restaurant offers a busy dining room, bar and private dining spaces, with a team of around **** employees.

The Role

Lead and develop the front and back of house teams
n
Be the face of the business and deliver an excellent guest experience
n
Maintain high service standards, SOPs and operational systems
n
Manage labour, rotas and the overall performance of the restaurant
n
Work closely with the owners to continue driving the business forward
n

About You
n
n
Previous experience as a General Manager in a premium restaurant
n
Valuable understanding of Lebanese cuisine
n
Experience working within an independent restaurant environment
n
Strong operational and people management skills
n
Able to bring structure, consistency and high standards while maintaining a hands-on approach
n

Package

£60,000–£70,000 (basic salary plus tronc)
