Role Type: Full time (Permanent MGI Golf position to be offered to the right candidate following successful trial shifts.)

Hourly rate: Salary which will be determined based upon experience and skill, trial shifts to be done at the award rate with casual loading.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Order Fulfilment: Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse systems.
n
Forklift & Freight: Safely operate reach forklifts to load/unload freight vehicles, containers, and pallets.
n
Inventory & Quality: Conduct quality inspections, report product discrepancies,



and assist with stock counts.
n
Assembly & Prep: Complete basic product assembly, prep tasks, and minor repairs using hand tools.
n
Operations Support: Support daily priorities with the opportunity to develop leadership skills over time.
n

What You'll Bring
n

Experience: Previous
warehouse/logistics
experience and RF scanner proficiency.
n
Licensing: Valid Australian Forklift License (Reach forklift experience highly regarded).
n
Skills: Practical mechanical aptitude (using hand tools) and ability to perform manual handling up to 20kg safely.
n
