We are currently seeking an experienced Business Manager to join the team at our current car dealership on a permanent full-time basis. Trainee's welcome to apply

The Role:
n
Working closely with the sales management team our candidate will be customer focused, highly motivated, and results driven with a proven track record within a high volume, dynamic dealership environment
n
Assisting the sales team with double closing and deal negotiation
n
Facilitating finance & insurance transactions for dealership customers
n
Ensure outstanding customer service to enhance customer experience
n
Strict adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements
n
Accurate and timely reporting
n
Contributing to the achievement of dealership goals by meeting & exceeding KPI's
n
CBMG Business Manager Attributes
n
Minimum 1–2 years' experience as an Automotive Business Manager.
n
Professional,



polished presentation with a focus on customer service
n
Current Tier II Certification and financier accreditation
n
Excellent work ethic and a "can do" Attitude
n
Demonstrated ability to build lasting business relationships
n
Strong sense of professional integrity
n
Confident sales and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to close
n
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
n
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
n
Ability to prioritise workload and meet targets
