Site Foreman / Carpenter - Architecturally Designed Homes

We are a residential construction company specialising in high-quality architecturally designed homes. Our projects are design focused and built to a high standard, working closely with architects, consultants and skilled subcontractors.

We are a small team that takes pride in our work and in maintaining a supportive, respectful environment on site. We are looking for an experienced Site Foreman with carpentry background who shares these values and is interested in building a long term role with us as the business continues to grow.
n
We build a small number of carefully considered projects each year rather than chasing volume.
n
About the Role
n
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of our construction sites, ensuring projects run safely, efficiently and to the high level of quality our clients and architects expect.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and trades
n
Managing site safety and maintaining a well-organised site
n
Ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings and specifications
n
Maintaining program and coordinating trades effectively
n
Liaising with architects,



consultants and our project management team
n
Get involved 'on the tools' to keep work pushing forward.
n
Upholding high standards of workmanship and presentation
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for someone who:

Has experience supervising high-end residential or architecturally designed homes
n
Is highly organised and capable of running a site independently
n
Communicates well with trades, consultants and clients
n
Takes pride in delivering quality work
n
Leads by example and maintains a professional site culture
n
Is looking for a stable, long-term position with a builder that values its people
