Unqualified Female Support Worker (experience in Domestic Assistance preferred)

Qualified Female Support Worker
8 hour shifts available
?Phillip Island
Qualified Male Support Worker
5- 7 hour shifts available
Who You Are
Certified:You hold a minimum of Certificate III in Individual Support / Disability / Aged Care / HACC or a Nursing qualification.
Flexible:You are able to work day and/or night shifts.
Passion-Driven:You are genuinelypassionate about providing essential supportto vulnerable members of our community.
Proactive:You thrive on challenges, areeager to meet current people, and enjoy a diverse workday.
Experienced:You havehands-on experienceworking with assistive equipment.

A Day in the Life as a Support Worker




Depending on your experience and the client's needs, you might:
Assist with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming).
Support clients with mobility, medication, or transport.
Help around the home with cleaning, cooking, and shopping.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Encourage community participation and independence.
