Townsville Holiday Rentals seeks a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to lead our growing holiday rental cleaning team and ensure properties are presented to the highest standard before guest arrival.
You will coordinate staff, conduct quality checks, support team development and manage cleaning schedules.
You'll supervise multiple properties, train current team members and maintain safety compliance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
