Role:

As aCustomerService Specialist, you will be thefirst point of contactfor all
customerinteractions
—both inbound and outbound. You'll be responsible for maintaining a high level ofaccuracy and attention to detail,



particularly when processing orders through internal systems. In addition, you will build and maintain strong relationships withsuppliers and stakeholdersto ensure smooth and efficient operations. Your role will also involvebooking
deliveries,checking
stock levels, and supporting a range ofend-to-end administrative tasks, all as part of a
collaborative,customer
-focused team.
