Job Description
CBUS is seeking a proactive Complaints Resolution Officer to join the Complaints Team in Melbourne.
You will manage a portfolio of IDR and AFCA referrals, applying best-practice handling and ensuring records align with RG271 and CBUS standards.
You will communicate empathetically with complainants, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to root-cause analysis to reduce future complaints.
This is a full time, Melbourne-based role.
