Upper limb therapy
n
Minor home modifications
n
Basic equipment prescription
n
Functional capacity assessments
n
Assessment and management of neurological conditions
n
n
Provide evidence-based treatment to a range of clients including;
n
n
Develop goal-oriented treatment plans for a range of clients
n
Provide training in the use of assistive technologies
n
Report writing for funding providers including insurers and the NDIS
n
n
Work collaboratively with other health professions internally and externally
n
Actively participate in internal professional development programs
n
Momentum are looking to maintain services through a period of maternity leave and then grow the Occupational Therapy team to meet increasing demand and to expand service options. We support clients with disabilities to achieve their personal goals. The team provides advanced rehabilitation techniques, vestibular treatment, complex assistive technologies and includes a range of allied health professionals. We are excited to continue and expand on these services with your help.

Degree in Occupational Therapy
n
Registration to AHPRA
n
