Cloud/Infra Architect – Sydney

We are looking for a Cloud/Infra Architect in Sydney; this will be a 6 months contract role.
n
Required Skills & Experience
n
Vendor and Stakeholder Management
n
n
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage vendors, delivery partners, and business stakeholders.
n
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills to ensure successful project outcomes.
n
n
Architecture Governance and Presentation Skills
n
n
Proven experience preparing and presenting solution designs, architecture artefacts, and recommendations to governance forums.
n
Ability to engage with Transport governance bodies, including Architecture Design Review Forum (ADRF), Architecture Governance Design Authority (AGDA).
n
n
Compliance and Assurance Support
n
n
Experience supporting and contributing to internal assurance and compliance activities, including:
n
Cyber Security Assessments
n




Records Management Assessments
n
Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA)
n
Other governance, risk, and compliance reviews as required.
n
n
Cloud Infrastructure and Cloud-Native Solutions
n
n
Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, cloud-native architectures, and platform services within Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
n
Experience designing scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-based solutions.
n
n
Cloud Migration
n
n
Proven experience in planning and executing cloud migration initiatives.
n
Familiarity with migration strategies, application modernisation, infrastructure transformation, and cloud adoption frameworks.
n
n
