Job Description
ACH Group in Port Noarlunga is seeking a Group Planner to support older people and lead social groups at Perry Park. The role is part-time (approx 40 hours per fortnight) with days Wednesday to Friday, delivering social experiences in line with Positive Lives and managing budgets.
