ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team in permanent part-time roles, specifically onNight shift.
This Permanent Part-Time position is a 62 hours per fortnight roster, working:

In this hands-on role, you will deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care that supports residents' independence, dignity and well-being, in line with Evergreen's mission and HEART values.
Key responsibilities:
· Lead and coordinate clinical care overnight, including responding to deterioration, incidents, and outstanding actions from earlier shifts
· Ensure residents' personal care and clinical needs are met, including monitoring, assessments, and timely interventions
· Supervise and support care service employees, including allocation of duties, coaching, and ensuring appropriate skill mix
· Deliver and oversee clinical care, including wound management and safe medication administration (including S8s)
· Monitor, document, and evaluate resident outcomes, ensuring accurate progress notes and incident reporting
· Maintain equipment readiness and ensure compliance with clinical, WHS, and documentation standards
· Provide clear handover to incoming employees and complete overnight reporting requirements
· Support clinical data collection and documentation required for quality,



compliance, and funding
ABOUT YOU
You are a caring, reliable and motivated individual who is passionate about supporting older people to live with dignity and independence.
You bring a person-centred approach to care and take pride in delivering high-quality support in a team-based setting.
You will possess:
· At least 1 years' experience as an RN
· Hold a current registration with AHPRA (Division 1)
· Hold a current National Criminal Record Check (or willingness to obtain one)
· Willingness to participate in a pre-employment medical assessment.
· Hold a current CPR or Senior First Aid Certificate
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families and team members.
· Demonstrated experience in managing a diverse team
· A commitment to resident privacy, confidentiality, and safe work practices.
