About the role:
n
Reporting to the National Field Manager you will be responsible for managing the NSW Field team covering all Corporate, Independent and Foodservice customers.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
Management of the Territory Managers and Merchandisers to ensure consistent field and state performance to achieve business objectives.
n
Supporting the performance management of Territory Managers and Merchandisers nationally to maximise sales through in-store execution.
n
Leveraging Field reporting tools to drive productivity, call coverage, shelf management, distribution and market share.
n
Supporting state account managers across multiple channels through a consultative approach.
n
Working closely with the National Field Manager to recruit and retain TMs and Merchandiser.
n
Working closely with national business teams to manage resourcing requirements and point of sale inventory.
n




This position does not offer the option of Working from Home (WFH).

About you:
n
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
n
Experience in the FMCG industry, preferably within the food sector with an understanding of how all aspects of the grocery and foodservice sector operate.
n
Experienced in the management of a large teams both remotely and on the ground.
n
Exceptional communication skills & the ability to develop strong relationships.
n
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously to consistently deliver excellence.
n
Ability to work as part of a team or unsupervised.
n
Be an excellent team player.
n
Robust Computer/Tech understanding with experience with a range of field management tools.
n
