Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver person‐centred cleaning and related household services to Community Care clients in their own homes in line with individual care plans.
n
Complete scheduled tasks efficiently and to a high standard within allocated timeframes while adapting to each client's individual needs and preferences.
n
Build positive, respectful relationships with clients through professional communication and a caring, person‐centred approach that promotes trust and independence.
n
Empower clients to live more independently, safely and meaningfully within their own environment.
n

Qualifications & Requirements
n
n
Location – Sunshine Coast and surrounds.
n
Current Australian driver's licence and willingness to drive in the course of work.
n
Ability to provide quality cleaning services using a variety of cleaning equipment and approved chemicals.
n
Ability to work within a team with minimal supervision to meet customer service requirements.
n
Currently studying CertificateIII Individual Support (Ageing) or willing to progress into this. Prospect for eligible candidates to progress through to a paid traineeship to complete a CertificateIII in Individual Support and become a fully qualified Care Worker.
n
Previous experience across the aged care or disability sectors as a Domestic Assistant.
n
Proof of COVID‐19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy) and relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.
n
