Bakers Delight seeks a strategically driven State Director of Victoria to oversee Victorian operations, supporting around 200 bakeries and more than 140 franchisees. Reporting to the Chief Retail Operations Officer, you will lead the state team and partner across offices to deliver robust business performance.
