If you are a junior - mid level litigation lawyer who loves the cut‐and‐thrust of insolvency, commercial disputes and court work - and you want to learn fast - this role will accelerate your career more in 12 months than most firms do in 3 years.
n
You will join a respected commercial practice with a strong insolvency and disputes client base, working 1:1 with Partners and senior practitioners who genuinely invest in their lawyers. They have a long track record of mentoring and professional development - and they do it well. You will get hands‐on exposure, real responsibility and meaningful growth from day one.

The Work
n
n
Disputes in all courts, mediations, tribunal hearings and enforcement actions
n
Draft briefs, pleadings, correspondence and core litigation documents with guidance that actually builds your skillset
n
Manage delegated phases of litigation from commencement through to settlement or appeal
n
Attend directions hearings, adjournments and basic contested matters (with counsel)
n
Negotiate with insolvency stakeholders - liquidators, receivers, administrators, secured creditors and directors
n
Build relationships with insolvency practitioners, SMEs,
financiers and commercial clients
n

You will be in the thick of real litigation. You won't be stuck doing peripheral tasks

You will learn directly from senior operators who enjoy teaching and developing junior talent

1-4 years PAE in litigation, insolvency or commercial disputes
n
Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
n
Curious, proactive and ready to take ownership
n
Calm, commercial and able to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues
n
Keen to build a long‐term career in insolvency and disputes
n
