ROLE OVERVIEW
n
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join a large-scale enterprise transformation program delivering a modern Field Service Management (FSM) platform. Working closely with business leaders, enterprise architects and implementation partners, you will define the future-state architecture, shape technology strategy, and ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, business objectives and customer outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
n
Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for a major Field Service Management transformation program.
n
Define future-state architecture, solution strategy, roadmaps, architecture principles, blueprints and technical standards.
n
Gather business and technical requirements, translating them into scalable, secure and fit-for-purpose solution designs.
n
Develop functional, non-functional and technical architecture artefacts, including whitepapers and design documentation.
n
Provide architectural leadership throughout planning, blueprint, implementation and delivery phases.
n
Partner with business stakeholders, executives, digital teams, architects and System Integrators to deliver high-quality architecture outcomes.
n
Assess existing environments,



recommend technology improvements and drive adoption of modern FSM capabilities.
n
Ensure seamless integration with enterprise and legacy systems while aligning with governance, security and enterprise architecture standards.
n
Contribute to architecture governance, design reviews, best practices and enterprise technology frameworks.
n
Mentor delivery teams and promote customer-focused solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.

MORE ABOUT YOU
n
10+ years' experience as a Solution or Enterprise Architect delivering complex enterprise transformation programs.
n
Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale enterprise solutions, ideally within utilities or asset-intensive industries.
n
Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud technologies, application architecture, integration, data management and Agile/Waterfall delivery.
n
Experience with Field Service Management platforms, preferably IFS FSM Cloud.
n
Robust SAP ecosystem knowledge, including FI/CO, PM, MM, PS, IS‐U, BW, SAP BTP, Integration Suite, GRC and UX solutions.
n
Demonstrated experience developing architecture strategies, future‐state roadmaps and implementation methodologies.
n
Strong background in system design, migration, transformation, configuration and enterprise integration.
n
Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior business stakeholders, technology teams and System Integrators.
