We are growing our Housekeeping team and currently have opportunities available across Houseperson, Room Attendant and Public Area Attendant positions, with full time, part-time and casual employment options available.

What you could be doing
n
n
Preparing and servicing guest rooms to an exceptional standard
n
Making beds and replenishing linen, towels, amenities and guest supplies
n
Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of hotel public areas
n
Supporting Room Attendants with linen, amenities and housekeeping supplies
n
Collecting and distributing clean and soiled linen throughout the property
n
Restocking housekeeping cupboards, trolleys and storage areas
n
Responding to guest requests for additional amenities and housekeeping items
n
Maintaining clean, organised and well-presented back-of-house areas
n
Supporting room turnarounds and the wider Housekeeping team during busy periods

Working together to ensure every area of Osborn House is beautifully presented for our guests
n

What we're looking for
n
n
Previous housekeeping, hotel or professional cleaning experience is preferred, but not essential
n
A strong work ethic and genuine pride in your work
n
Excellent attention to detail and high presentation standards
n
Reliability, organisation and the ability to work efficiently
n
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the wider team
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit Housekeeping team
n
Comfortable working in a physically active environment
n
Availability across a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays
n
n
Most importantly, we're looking for people who care about the details. Experience can be taught, but pride, reliability and a genuine desire to contribute to an exceptional guest experience are what we're looking for.
