Burgess Paluch Legal Recruitment is assisting a landmark IP litigation team in Sydney CBD. They seek a Commercial Litigator at the 2-4 year level who would like to undertake a mix of insolvency and IP litigation and work with a renowned partner.

You will advise on creation, acquisition, commercialization, management, protection and enforcement of IP rights, including copyright and brands, and participate in complex IP litigation including patent matters and licensing.
