About the Role
n
As the Business Development Manager, you will:
n

Drive commercial growth through strategic territory development
n
Expand the customer base and increase portfolio share
n
Conduct face‐to‐face sales calls, product demonstrations and customer training
n
Represent the company at industry events,



workshops and conferences
n
Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to support strategic planning
n
Manage a large geographical territory efficiently across QLD and WA
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Minimum 2 years' infield sales experience within the aesthetic industry — ESSENTIAL
n
Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical or aesthetic device market
n
Exceptional relationship‐building and negotiation skills
n
Ability to communicate scientific data confidently and persuasively
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
n
Tertiary qualifications in business, science, health or related fields (preferred)
n
Strong territory management capability
n
Strategic Thinking & passion for results
n
Sales Ability & Planning Skills
