About the Role
n
We are looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our Home Care Team, in Harrison, ACT. This role offers a diverse and rewarding caseload, with strong clinical support and opportunities to grow your skills in community-based practice.
n
In this role, you will:
n
n
Manage a caseload of community home care referrals
n
Assess and treat clients with range of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiorespiratory presentations.
n
Conduct equipment prescription and home modifications assessments.
n
Complete ADLs assessment and retraining
n
Deliver services primarily within 45km of your home.

About You
n
n
Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy with current full AHPRA registration
n
Current NDIS Clearance, Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
n
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues
n
A genuine passion for improving the lives of older Australians
n
Experience in aged care or community health is highly regarded, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
