? ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll play an important role in supporting customers and the wider sales team, with responsibilities including:
Providing exceptionalcustomer serviceto trade, industrial and retail customers via phone and email
Processing customer orders throughSAPand other systems
Preparing and following up onquotations
Managinginbound sales enquiriesand identifying opportunities to upsell
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships




Maintaining accurate customer and account records
Assisting customers with product enquiries and stock availability
Resolving customer enquiries and delivery issues
Processing returns, credits and warranty claims
Monitoring inventory levels and liaising with purchasing
Working closely with external sales representatives
? ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone who iscustomer-focused, organised and commercially minded, with:
Previous experience ininternal sales
Experience within theindustrial, trade or fabrication industry
Essential: Previous SAP experience
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Proficiency inMicrosoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
A friendly, proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
