What you'll do
n

Run full-funnel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, SEO, social and email
n
Do the day-to-day execution yourself,



then hand more of it to juniors as the team grows
n
Manage and mentor a small team of marketing juniors
n
Own client results. You're accountable for the KPIs and guarantees we've made
n
Test, measure and optimise. Find what works, cut what doesn't, improve every month
n
Join the bigger client calls when needed (our account manager runs the day-to-day client relationships)
n

What you need
n
n
3 to 5 years in digital marketing, ideally agency-side
n
Hands-on with Google Ads and GA4. You've built and run campaigns, not just watched
n
Meta and social advertising and organic experience across Facebook and Instagram
n
Comfortable with email/CRM platforms (HubSpot, GHL, Ontraport, Active Campaign), EDMs and newsletters, plus Canva
n
A true generalist who can move across channels and still deliver
n
Willing to do the work yourself now, and lead a team as we grow
n
Australian permanent resident or citizen
n
A proper home office to work from
