Foundry Talent Partners is partnering with a private credit fund to appoint an Assistant Relationship Manager within its Real Estate team.
n
This is an prospect for someone with 2–5 years' experience in property finance to work alongside experienced Relationship Managers / BDMs, supporting the origination, structuring and execution of commercial real estate lending transactions ranging from $1mil - $40mil.

You'll gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of investment, development and commercial property transactions while building your career within a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

Assisting in the structuring and execution of commercial real estate lending transactions.
n
Financial analysis and credit assessment of investment and development opportunities.
n
Preparing credit submissions and transaction papers.
n
Cash flow modelling and financial analysis.
n




Supporting the management of an existing client portfolio.
n
Coordinating transaction execution through to settlement.
n
Liaising with valuers, solicitors, brokers and other key stakeholders.
n
Identifying opportunities to deepen existing client relationships.
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
Commercial Real Estate or Property Finance within a bank.
n
Property Finance or Capital Advisory.
n
A non-bank lender with exposure to commercial real estate lending.
n
Strong financial modelling and credit analysis skills.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
n
