The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced and inspiring Dual Site Manager to oversee our Myer Adelaide and David Jones Adelaide concessions.
n
This is a brand-new leadership opportunity, offering genuine scope to shape, influence and grow two key Adelaide locations. You'll lead from the front, driving performance, developing high-performing teams, and delivering a consistent, elevated Oroton client experience across both sites.
n
This role is ideal for a strong fashion and apparel leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site retail setting and is passionate about developing people, driving commercial results, and building solid client relationships.

Permanent full-time | Tuesday–Saturday roster

What You'll Do
n
n
Lead, coach and develop teams across two concession locations
n
Drive sales performance, ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs and targets
n
Oversee all operational excellence including rostering, recruitment and service delivery
n




Ensure strong execution of visual merchandising and brand standards across both sites
n
Partner with regional and state leadership to deliver commercial and strategic outcomes
n
Build a strong, engaged team culture across both Adelaide locations
n

What You Bring
n
n
Proven multi-site or senior retail leadership experience
n
Strong background in fashion and apparel retail (essential)
n
Track record of driving sales performance and achieving KPIs
n
Solid clienteling capability and passion for premium customer experience
n
Ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations
n
Strong commercial acumen and operational understanding
n
A confident, energetic leadership style that inspires performance
