An established and highly regarded financial services firm is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Adviser to join its ever-growing organisation.

With a team of 25 and a broader network of offices, the business has built a strong reputation for stability, long-term relationships and a genuine people-first culture. As a staff-owned firm with 18 shareholders, there is no immediate acquisition risk, while high-performing advisers have access to a structured pathway towards equity ownership.

This is an opportunity for an experienced adviser to take ownership of a high-quality client base while joining a business that offers genuine long-term career progression.

The Role
n
You will manage and develop a portfolio of approximately ******* clients, predominantly with $1m+ in investable assets.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Managing and developing long-term relationships with HNW clients
n
Providing comprehensive strategic financial advice
n
Managing a portfolio of approximately ******* clients
n
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
n
Identifying opportunities to grow and deepen existing client relationships
n
Working collaboratively with the wider advice and support team
n




Contributing to business development and networking initiatives
n
Developing expertise in direct equities, with support available for advisers looking to build their knowledge in this area
n

About You
n
The ideal candidate will have:
n
n
5+ years' experience as a Financial Adviser
n
Proven experience working with HNW clients, ideally with $1m+ portfolios
n
Strong technical advice and client relationship skills
n
A genuine interest in or experience with direct equities
n
A commercial mindset and desire to contribute to business growth
n
Robust communication and networking skills
n
An interest in long-term career progression and eventual equity ownership
n
